Traveling with Food

We here at Gray-Daniels Lincoln are feeling very festive this holiday season, and we hope that you are getting in the mood as well. Christmas carols are already playing, the shelves are stocked with great gift ideas, and the grocery stores are stocking up on all the necessary ingredients that you need to make one of your famous recipes.

Whether you are baking cookies or taking an entire warm dish to an event, you should think about the process of traveling with your food. Keep in mind that as you drive and make turns there is the possibility of your dishes tipping over or spilling and that's one disaster you want to avoid over the holidays.

Keep your items in high-quality travel containers that are equipped with lids that fit securely onto each container. You can then place items in plastic bags or cardboard boxes in order to get some added protection.
